Fuel depends on the hours the boat's engine is operating during the trip and the current price of diesel.<\/p>

It should be noted that sailboats are the most economical boats for transportation, since by taking advantage of the wind we can travel only with sails, replacing the engine (therefore without burning fuel). This is also the \"magic\" of a sailboat, to travel only with sails in a magical blue landscape with only the sound of the sea.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Docking fees are nothing more than a fee that may be requested by the port where the boat will dock, in exchange for the position
and the services it can offer (electricity and water). In most ports of the Aegean it is free or ranges from 5-10\u20ac, with some minor exceptions. Our captains know the prices and can inform you if you wish.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

In case of cancellation by the renter up to 30 days before the trip, the full amount is refunded to the renter. In case of cancellation by the renter in the last 29 days before the trip, the deposit deposited at the time of booking is withheld.<\/p>

For example, if the trip starts on August 30 and the cancellation occurs from August 1 to 29, then the advance payment amount is withheld. In the event that bad weather is forecast on the day of the trip (storms and\/or winds above 8 Beaufort), then the trip is either postponed to a new date upon agreement between the renter and the company or canceled with a full refund.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You would be surprised at how much storage space there is on a sailing boat. However, there are things that make storage very difficult, as the storage spaces have specific sizes and shapes. For this reason, hard and large suitcases cannot be stored on the boat. Ideally, duffel bags or, in the worst case, small\/medium airline-style suitcases are recommended. Each cabin has a small wardrobe with hangers and shelves for clothes and items, while suitcases can be stored under the bed.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

No vacation is complete without food, especially when you have the opportunity to enjoy it at sea! Our sailboat has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas hobs, an electric refrigerator, two ice coolers (one in the kitchen and one on the deck) and all the basic kitchen equipment. We also offer you some basic cooking spices, coffee and sugar.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\n\t8. What clothes and shoes should I bring?<\/span>\n\t\n\t\t\n <\/span> <\/span>\n <\/span>\n\t\t\n <\/span> <\/span>\n <\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/h5>\n

On the boat, the main equipment you will need is a swimsuit, sunglasses and definitely sunscreen! The sunscreen must be carotene-free, because it colors the plastics of the boat. Among the clothes you will need for your excursions to the islands, we recommend that you include a thin jacket, cardigan or a long-sleeved shirt. Don't forget a beach towel. In addition, it's handy to have a small bag with you for essentials, which can be worn crossbody or tied around the waist.
Regarding shoes, for your safety, it is strictly prohibited to travel on the boat in heels, flip-flops or shoes with many laces and other items that can easily get tangled in parts of the boat and endanger your safety. If you do not have sailing shoes, sports shoes with non-slip and white soles are recommended. You can also move barefoot on the boat and put on your shoes when you get off it.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Electricity and water are not unlimited and require conscious use, especially on trips lasting more than two days. There is not always the possibility of resupply, which is why their proper management is important for everyone's comfort and safety.
Regarding current, the battery is charged while the boat's engine is running, just like in a car. When the boat is docked, charging is interrupted, so we make sure to turn off the lights when we don't need them, don't leave the refrigerator open for too long, and we prefer to charge our electronic devices when the engine is running. The boat does not support hair dryers, hair straighteners or other high energy-demanding devices, unless we are connected to an external power source from the port.
Regarding water, although our boat has one of the largest water tanks for its category, it is necessary to use it sparingly, especially when there are many people on board. For example, we only turn on the tap when we need to wash our hands or dishes, while during the shower, we use a medium flow and turn off the tap when we soap ourselves. With a little care, we ensure uninterrupted use of all amenities throughout the trip.
